1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions describe how the BoldBalance platform may be accessed and used. They define the operational framework for subscriptions, data organization, and general use. These terms are intended solely as a structural reference and do not imply a contract, guarantee, or user obligation.

2. Nature of the Platform
BoldBalance is a digital workspace designed to organize budgeting data and financial overviews. It provides visual structuring tools without offering interpretation, evaluation, or personalized recommendations.

The platform does not function as accounting software, legal financial tools, or certified advisory systems. It does not replace licensed professionals, audited services, or country-specific compliance frameworks.

3. Access and Usage
Access to the BoldBalance interface is based on the selected subscription tier. Functionalities are made available according to each plan’s scope. Users manage their own credentials and determine the appropriate way to use their space based on personal or organizational structuring needs.

Short periods of platform maintenance or interface updates may occur to ensure performance continuity. These changes are made for layout optimization only and do not affect platform objectives.

4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are structured as monthly recurring plans. Current pricing (in USD):

Basic Tier: $150/month
Professional Tier: $250/month
Enterprise Tier: $350/month

Billing is automatic and continues unless paused or canceled before the renewal date. All transactions are processed through external secure payment providers. BoldBalance does not handle or store payment data directly.

5. Changes and Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any point through the platform settings. Cancellations apply to the upcoming billing cycle. Existing access continues until the end of the current paid period. Partial or retroactive refunds are not issued.

Account-related adjustments, such as email or plan changes, may be requested by contacting the BoldBalance team through official channels.

6. Platform Usage Parameters
The BoldBalance platform is intended for clean, structured organization of user-entered financial data. Use of the system for external messaging, automation, or unrelated uploads is outside of its intended structure.

Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
Use of unauthorized scripts or integrations
Entry of misleading, irrelevant, or promotional content
Attempts to alter system logic or code structure
Repurposing BoldBalance for advisory or financial forecasting activity

7. User Content and Ownership
Users retain responsibility for content entered through their own account. BoldBalance does not assume control over user-uploaded information. The platform does not analyze, verify, or distribute this content.

System visuals, layouts, and interface design remain the property of BoldBalance. Users are not permitted to replicate platform components or redistribute visual logic externally.

8. Revisions to These Terms
If changes are made to platform structure, feature access, or general functionality, this page will be updated accordingly. All updates are reflected through visible revision dates and remain available for reference. No behavioral or privacy model changes will be introduced without explicit user-facing documentation.

9. Platform Context and Limitations
BoldBalance is not region-licensed financial software and is not designed to replace professional systems for accounting, regulatory filing, or certified reporting. The platform is a general-use organizational tool and should be used within that intended scope.

Usage decisions are at the discretion of each individual or organization.
